When my husband asked me if I wanted to learn how to play guitar, I politely declined. You know, me and rythym don't get along...SEE, I can't even SPELL IT. Rhythm. There.

Joe Vigo is a man on a mission to make the coolest relic guitars in town and I was happy to work with him on a photo project to showcase his fine instruments.

Counting My Blessings

This morning, I woke up thankful, extra thankful. For all things, great and small. The fresh coffee my husband served me, the loving kisses my children gave me, and the freedom I am given to enjoy it.

There was a time when I could not imagine a future with so many opportunities. I sometimes feared I would only be qualified to do a job I hated while living a life of regret. Today, I create wedding images that make people laugh, cry, and smile, all at the same time. What an honor it is to serve, to give, and to tell someone's fabulous love story, with no regrets.

Diamond Bar Wedding | Jessie + Danielle

Congratulations to Jessie and Danielle, who started the new year off with a kiss and I do. Danielle, who traveled from her hometown of Idaho, looked amazing for her beautiful So Cal wedding.

Jessie met Danielle while he was training for baseball on a semi pro team and soon fell in love. They were happy to celebrate their wedding day surrounded by Jessie's family who are local here in the Inland Empire. Let me just say, that this couple knows how to celebrate!

Mobile Monday

Being a photographer doesn't always mean I have my professional camera available for that interestingly random moment. That's why I have come to LOVE my iPhone 4. The lens on this phone is pretty cool and it's like having a "camera roll" of my life thru mobile uploads, which makes me smile. A lot.

CD Release Concert | Hunter Mariano

If you follow me on Twitter or Facebook, you know that I am usually surrounded by musicians or going to watch musicians. I love it. And it never gets old. So, when our friends, the Mariano's, announced their CD release concert being hosted by our church I was happy to document it.

Recently, someone asked me if I also sing or play an instrument with my family. I said half joking, no I just take the pictures.
