Danilo

Danilo and I first talked and arranged the details of his photo shoot by phone. He shared how he was a musician and working to complete his first artist release. Then, we discussed some ideas and locations that would make the best images to utilize in his CD project.

When we met up for the shoot, I was immediately impressed by how natural Danilo was in front of the camera. We worked fast and smoothly, even finishing up a little early.

Danilo, it was a pleasure to work with you, thank you for being a perfect gentlemen. Much success to you and your CD release!

Tuesday Tidbits #4

Zorro - I took my family to see the Lifehouse production of Zorro in Redlands. The show was full of surprises, including sword fights and gunfire. The kids loved it.

Bose - I am loving my Bose earphones when listening to my ipod, thank you to my client, George, for the awesome gift. Seriously, you have made my photo editing experience that much more interesting!

Chicago - Date night with Robert this week will take us to a live concert to see Chicago and Earth Wind and Fire...yeah, we decided to pass on Jonas Brother tickets this time...kidding. Hey, it's local, cheap, and what else are we going to do in the IE?

High school - I attended my high school reunion last weekend. Let me just say the class of 89' are as wild and crazy as I remember them, it felt like the prom all over again except with a mortgage payment! The girls looked amazing and the guys held up their own with some smooth dance moves and sweet compliments for all the ladies.

Much love to my classmates for all the laughs and good times...yesterday, today, and the years to follow.

Yes, I know, my "E" is on backwards. Good times...right?

Remember the 80's

Tonight is my high school reunion. Just in case I forgot that I actually wore pink sparkly lipstick, acid washed mini skirts, and LA Gear tennis shoes. And I didn't even mention the hair! Oh, the big 80's hair, my heart smiles when I think of all the moments that made going to school fun...the dances, parties, sports, and friends.

Pictured below is a random car I snapped a picture of while we waited in line at a record signing of the 80's band Depeche Mode at Tower Records in Hollywood. yeah, we waited for hours and that's all I remember!

I've Been Kissed!

Yes! I've been kissed, by KISS wedding books that is...MUAH!

In the beginning when I was considering different album companies, I was attracted to Kiss Books because of how simple it seemed to choose products that didn't require several options or pricing, not to mention the sexy look and feel of the 100% full grain natural leather. For me, Kiss Wedding Books is a good fit.

Each Kiss Book is delivered in a swanky patterned cloth bag, very cool.

I outsource my album designs to Albumesque, because they rock.
Pictured below is a 20 page 10x10 Kiss Book album.

Seven sweet colors to choose from like this album color titled Smouldering Brown, love it!

Andrew

Meet Andrew, a guy with a sweet smile, calm demeanor, and a warm loving family. I caught up with Andrew after shooting his sister, Naomi, for her senior session.
We scheduled a mini session to allow him a few current pictures since he missed the opportunity of his senior pictures months ago.
