The Kiddos

It's not often that a wedding photographer is not only hired to shoot a wedding but also have their spouse and children be asked to participate in the very same wedding as well. Such was the case for the Sanchez family and they rocked.

Isaiah and Bella.

Happy Thanksgiving

I have so much to be thankful for today. My health, my family, my friends, and clients who trust me with their most important memories. Have a blessed day.

Scott and Michelle Engaged

Scott and Michelle were my friends long before they were my clients. You see, Scott and Robert are musicians at heart and share a love for all things music. Well made Taylor guitars, live rock concerts, even UFC cage fighting, and good BBQ. Robert and I always have a good time on our double dates with them and look forward to their wedding day coming up really soon. Very soon!

Scott and Michelle requested a fall engagement session centered around a natural environment. When my friend Dawn pointed me to this beautiful hidden botanical garden I was sure this was a perfect spot. Thanks Dawn.

Franco And Melanie Married

Franco and Melanie were married in Arcadia after a long and patient courtship. They were high school sweethearts early on, and they always imagined that sooner or later this day would come. And it did.
The day was nothing short of a traditional and intimate celebration of two families coming together to honor such a fabulous couple.

Kuddos to Melanie's talented brother who designed her tailored classic dress, so cool.

The gentle acoustic sounds of the the Gutierrez Brothers were the perfect touch to a traditional wedding ceremony.

As we photographed in the area, Melanie requested that we schedule time to place a bouquet at her grandmother's grave.

There was a gorgeous view of the sunset at the Coco Palms Restaurant over looking the valley.

Cheers!

Last month I had the opportunity to document an event hosted by Azusa Pacific University titled Revisiting Pollock, an art exhibit featuring a collection of paintings by 20th century artist Jackson Pollock.

Bella Turns Five

Don't let her expression fool you. She knows exactly what she wants. 'Mommy, can I go in the backyard and play? There's only one right answer mommy, and it's not NO.' I could go on and on...she's hilarious.

Happy Birthday Bella.

14 Years

Today Robert and I celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary!

I remember the moment I realized Robert was pursuing me amongst our youth group of friends. I remember how we all planned a day trip to go hiking in the mountains and how our friends canceled at the last moment which left Robert and I to hike alone. I remember how we had the best time talking and laughing, and how we spent everyday together from then on.
We were married a year later.

Dear Robert,
Happy Anniversary to my pursuer, protector, provider, and best friend. I love you!
